The Japanese tradition of the cherry blossom festival (Hanami) is a celebration that is centuries old. It is held throughout Japan. The celebration consists of holding parties under the short-lived cherry blossoms as they bloom. Dine beneath the blossom from Friday 17th March 2023.
Hanami blossom sharing menu – 55 per person
Our Hanami blossom sharing menu is designed with socialising in mind. 3 wave set menu 55 per person. Dishes include pan roasted duck breast, sweet potato and confit duck bon bon, poached szechuan pear and salmon tataki, cured in Roku Gin Botanicals. All perfectly paired with one of our Roku blossom cocktails.

Hanami blossom tasting experience
Join us for a unique Hanami dining and tasting experience with The House of Suntory. Brand Ambassador Raffaele Di Monaco will be hosting a series of events with guided tastings of The House of Suntory Spirit Trilogy and offering a glimpse into the celebration of Japanese seasonality.
Wednesday 29th March, 19th April and 17th May at 7pm
The tasting including Japanese Whisky, Gin and Craft Vodka will be followed by a specially curated tasting menu whilst dining Hanami style under the cherry blossoms. 65 per person includes 3 wave tasting menu and trilogy tasting.
